为了学习Pcl，经历九九八十一难，终于配置好了vcpkg。由于国内网络的原因，vcpkg自动下载包慢得像龟爬，本人只好买了个迅雷会员，花了两天时间硬是用迅雷下载好了所需的包，最终做成了这个vcpkg完全版，需要的袁们请来直接拿走，不谢！

vcpkg可以和VS集成，不用配置包含目录和库目录，也不用配置引用库名称，直接在代码里面#include "xxx"就行了，非常方便，不会使用的袁请自行百度。
